There’s nothing to cancel: no subscription, no seats. Stop whenever you like; we only take money from your balance when you run a paid action. You can delete your account at any time.
You top up a balance in US dollars, and each paid action takes its price from it: a valid email found, an email validated, a record exported, a phone number found. Searching and filtering are free.
There is no subscription and no per-seat fee. The same balance pays for the app, the API and MCP.
In the app, open Settings → Billing and add funds by card. The minimum top-up is $20, and the balance updates as soon as the payment goes through.
To stop watching the balance, turn on Auto Top-Up: pick a threshold (from $20) and an amount (from $50). Whenever the balance drops below the threshold, we charge your saved card for that amount.
Yes. Your balance is held in US dollars, and every price on this page is the dollar amount taken from it. There are no credits to convert.
In the app: $0.03 per valid email found, $0.03 per email validated, $0.02 per exported record, $0.40 per phone number found and $0.01 per outdated record refreshed. Emails, validation and export get cheaper as you move up Spend & Save tiers.
If we don’t find an email or a phone number, you pay nothing for it. Re-exporting a record you’ve already paid for is free. API prices are in the price list above and in the API docs.
Searching is free on every account. New accounts also get $5 of free credit, and $5 more after their first search, to try email finding, validation and export.
Free credit doesn’t expire, can’t be spent on phone numbers, and doesn’t count toward Spend & Save tiers.

In the app under Settings → Billing. The Spend & Save tiers card shows your current tier, your lifetime spend and your progress to the next tier, with the amount left to reach it. The Your prices card just above it lists what each action costs your account right now, with your tier already applied.
