How frequently is your data updated?

In real-time. As generect is not a database provider, we don't cache data. Our data is searched in real-time from social media, ensuring you have access to the most current and accurate information available. Our algorithms then scrape public sources for companies and leads, verifying the data is accurate, clean, and personalized. For our email finder and validation services, we use SMTP and Catch-All in-house valiidation infrastructure, which allows to receive less than 2% bounce rate and a 70%+ find rate, including the ability to validate accept-all domains. This level of precision and real-time data access sets us apart in providing high-quality, reliable information to our users

How are credits used within the platform?

The search process is free. Credits are consumed when you access valid corporate email or export raw data (one credit per prospect). Generect doesn't charge for opening and exporting invalid emails. Each plan offers a different number of credits to fit various usage needs, ensuring you only pay for what you use.

How can I monitor my credit usage
